Same day attendance and Ian the attending engineer quickly measured up the old garage door, rechecked the measurements, confirmed the existing motor was good for a new door. He explained the type of door we would get and the mechanism, the new steel frame to replace our rotten wood frame and suggested soffits to replace the perspex windows above. The office very promptly phoned with a quote which we discussed and followed up with an email quote. All very professional.
Phoned at 17:05 Wednesday evening; by Thursday 08:45 the repair had been completed! Excellent service; what more can you ask for?
